Fast forward three years to an abandoned world where only the wild dinosaurs inhabit, out of containment, Jurassic World:Fallen Kingdom picks up in the luxury resort and theme park as the surviving beasts fend for themselves in the wild abyss of Isla Nublar. After mild tremors from the island’s dormant volcano park veterans Owen, played by Chris Pratt, and Claire, played by Bryce Dallas Howard mount a campaign to rescue the remaining dinosaurs from this extinction-level event. We find Claire amongst a new group of Dino-lovers in a group where she is the head of a saving campaign to rescue the creatures for the next generation, while Owen has long given up on the rescue of the park and we find him reluctant at first to join any expedition.
Playing to her strengths Claire convinces Owen to look for Blue, the last remaining of her kind and a prominent feature in his time at the park leaving him with no option but to join the group to save his precious raptor in Cromwell and Spall’s emergency voyage. Once airing on the unstable island the new team of experts are shocked to see lave raining down and as the time crunch sets in the foursome, accompanied by a host of strongmen, set out on the capture of 9 important creatures needed to re-invent the chain of soon-to-be extinct species. After searching high and low the team realises they are trapped and as their expedition uncovers a conspiracy that could return our entire planet to a perilous order they quickly go from needing to help to finding a way to escape.
