Playing with shapes rather than colours this seasons MBFWA runway for Anna Quan looked like the staple pieces every woman should have in their closet. Sharp whites and heavy blacks made major appearances as the designer noted for her well tailored feminine silhouettes and tailoring made her resort appearance and after the initial looks it was clear to see that the range was designed with the powerful and modern woman in mind. Whether holidaying in Saint Tropez or Buenos Aires this collection will have you looking perfect from drinks by the pool to strolling and exploring the streets.

Defined by it’s masculine meets feminine tailoring the collection sported blouses, shirts and dresses buttoned up high above the neckline that you would imaging on the chic streets of Paris by night taking in the art or Madrid for a dinner while skirts and jackets containing splits drew you in to the ultra feminine alluding to days walking the Positano streets or Valetta by the bay.

Take a look below at some of my favourite pieces and looks from Anna Quan’s resort showcase at this years MBFWA before you get to wear it this holiday season. If you have so far missed out on the the talented designers collections then now is a great time to tune in. Make sure you check out the talented designer online and head to her website to shop the looks.
